For the launch of A Better Mistake’s pop-up store in the heart of Milan, I led the art direction and creative production of a spatial concept designed to translate the brand’s identity into a tangible, immersive experience. The goal was to craft a strong visual narrative where color, materials, and surfaces became core communication tools, reflecting the brand’s unconventional and expressive character.
To amplify this vision, I collaborated with Penique Productions, an artistic collective known for their ephemeral installations. Together, we developed a fully customized inflatable artwork—a large, enveloping “balloon” intervention that transformed the unique location into a bold statement piece consistent with the brand’s aesthetic and attitude.
This project allowed me to bridge creative direction, spatial communication, and production management—shaping a retail moment into a cohesive, high-impact brand experience.
